Terms & Conditions:


  1. -All vouchers can be redeemed with the boarding pass within 1 month from the arrival date.
  2. -A valid boarding pass (within 1 month from the flight date) must be presented per transaction.
  3. -Room reservation must be made via email the boarding pass photo to reservation@ionmajestichotel.com.
  4. -The boarding pass is non-transferable, and proof of identity will be requested to confirm it belongs to the check-in guest.
  5. -All voucher only can be used once per transaction in a specific outlet.
  6. -The voucher is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be used towards a future stay.
  7. -The vouchers will be applied to the guest folio at the time of check-in. Any remaining voucher after 1 month from the arrival date will be forfeited.
  8. -Guests cannot combine multiple partner promotions to enjoy additional discounts. They may only choose the Air China/ Shenzhen Airlines/ Air Macau boarding pass promotion.

Gentle reminder:


  1. -The Hotel’s check-in is at 1500hrs and the check-out time is 1200 noon.
  2. -Tourism Tax @RM10.00 nett per room per night （For Non-Malaysian Only).
  3. -All guest room are non-smoking.
  4. -The Hotel will attempt to allocate a room for guests as soon as the room becomes available. For early check-in, we strongly recommend that rooms are reserved and paid for the night before to guarantee early check-in.
  5. -Late checkout shall be chargeable at 50% of the room rate after 1200hrs but before 1800hrs.
