  • Chen's Family Ancestral Temple

    This sprawling complex of typical Qing architecture was built in 1894 when China was ruled by the Qing court. Covering an area of 15,000 square meters, the temple contains 19 buildings of different sizes laid out along a central axis line. Carvings, sculptures, paintings and bronze and iron pieces of fine workmanship do impress.
