Submitting Online Baby Bassinet (BSCT) Requests

I. Service Description

Infant bassinets are suitable for infants under 75 cm in height and under 22 lb./10 kg in weight.

For infant health reasons, we are unable to carry babies that were born less than 14 days before the scheduled departure of the flight and premature babies that were born less than 90 days before the scheduled departure of the flight.

Each flight's business, premium economy, economy class have limited quotas for infant bassinet. The final application result shall prevail.

II. Eligibility

1. Applicable to international flights carried by Air China and with a flight number attached to Air China, non-applicable to regional flights.

To make a booking for the infant bassinet service for interline flights, please apply according to the flight segment ticket or by calling 95583 or the Air China direct ticket sales department.

2. We are able to provide the infant bassinet service for Economy Class, Premium Economy Class, and Business Class on the following aircraft types: B747/B777/B787/A330/A350.

III. Application Deadline

The booking should be made between 14 days before the scheduled departure of the flight (excluding the day of departure) and 72 hours before the scheduled departure of the flight (including the day of departure).

IV. Voluntary Changes and Cancellation of Service

If you need to cancel or change your service booking, please call 95583 or go to the Air China direct ticket sales department or an authorized agent. If you need to change your flight and service booking, you should cancel the previous service booking before making another.

V. Check-in Reminder

Passengers that have requested infant bassinet services are required to arrive at the airport check-in counter at least two hours before the scheduled departure of the flight.
