Air China Japan News Update
Flights CA929/930 on the Narita-Pudong route is operated by A350-900 aircraft, welcome to experience the latest generation of Airbus aircraft.
Starting June 27, the second daily flight CA127/8 will operate on the Osaka-Beijing route, and starting July 10, the second daily flight ZH655/6 will operate on the Narita-Shenzhen route.
Air China will further expand international route network! Air China has launched new flights from Beijing to Sao Paulo, Brazil; Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; Dhaka, Bangladesh; and Havana, Cuba, and the tariffs from Japan have been published

  • We offer competitive fares from Japan to major cities around the world. For tansfer flights to third countries, we recommend taking direct flights from various locations in Japan to Beijing and Shanghai. If a flight irregularity occurs, what should I do ?

Flight delays are primarily caused by weather (typhoons, thunderstorms, heavy snow, fog, etc.) and air traffic control at the departure or arrival airport. At hub airports, delays of arrival flights from other airports also cause delays of the next departing flights operated by the same aircraft. When numerous flight irregularities occur at same time, some flights may have to be cancelled due to aircraft rotations.

We recommend using the "Air China App" in order to keep track of your itinerary correctly. Once you have logged in with the correct passport information, the "My Trips" page will display the flight information you have booked (including tickets purchased through travel agencies) and provide you with up-to-date information such as boarding gate and baggage turnstile number display at the arrival airport, as well as immediate notification of any flight irregularities. In case of flight irregularities, you will be notified immediately. We encourage you to use Air China app and check the "My Trips" page for the latest flight information before you go to the airport.

If you have a ticket with connecting flights itinerary and find that you cannot make the connection due to flight Irregularity, please contact your travel agent or Air China Call Center to make arrangements for an alternate flight before departure. If you wish to cancel your ticket, please contact the travel agency where you purchased your ticket and request a refund under "Flight Irregularity" reason.
