About “Convenience store payment” service
Air China has started the “Convenience Store Payment” service in Japan. Now, the passenger who has no credit card in Japan, can book ticket on Air China Japan official site and pay with cash in convenience stores nearby.
■Service outline
Applicable tickets:
The tickets booked on Air China Japan official site. Hong Kong / Macau / Taiwan / Republic of Korea / Democratic People's Republic of Korea routes are not applicable.
Payment Time Limit:
Flights departure within 72 hours: Not Applicable.
Flights departure over 72 hours: please complete the payment within 2 hours after the booking.
Form of payment: Cash in Japanese Yen
Payment Amount Limit:Within 300,000JPY.
Refund: Please make refund application on web; the fare will be refunded to designated account with cancellation fee deducted.
■Applicable Convenience Stores
Applicable convenience stores include Lawson / Ministop / Family Mart / Daily Yamazaki / Yamazaki Daily Store / Seicomart. Before you go to convenience stores, please write down or print necessary information, such as “Online settlement number”.
■The purchase procedures
1.Make your booking on Air China Japan official site
When you make booking on Air China Japan official site, please select “Convenience Store Payment” as form of payment. Please check the booking content and fare, and then finish the booking. Air China will send you E-mail which contains necessary information for payment. Please finish the payment in time.
2.The payment in convenience stores
If you choose to pay at Lawson / Ministop / Family Mart, please use mult-media terminal in the store, input necessary information, print receipt and finish the payment at counter within 30 minutes.
If you choose to pay at Daily Yamazaki / Yamazaki Daily Store / Seicomart, please show “Online settlement number” or other necessary at counter and finish the payment.
3.The ticket itinerary
After the payment is made, Air China will send you the ticket itinerary (PDF file) with E-mail, please check your booking, print it out and bring it with you when you on departure date. If you did not receive the ticket itinerary, please make sure to contact our Japan call center.

Attentions:
・The “Convenience stores payment” service is only applicable when all flights are operated by Air China. Not applicable, if ant flight is code share flight operated by other carriers.
・The “Convenience stores payment” has time limit and may not be applicable for some itinerary(Hong Kong / Macau / Taiwan / Republic of Korea / Democratic People's Republic of Korea routes).
・Please use Japanese Yen in cash during the payment.
・If you would like to receive a receipt that meets the requirements of the
Eligible Receipt Preservation Act stipulated by the Consumption Tax Act, please
contact our call center 0570-0-95583.
・If the payment is not made in time, the booking will be cancelled automatically by the system.
・The rebooking after the purchase: The rebooking fee may be required according to fare rules, the form of payment of rebooking fee is credit card or bank transfer. If the bank transfer fee is necessary, it will be paid by the passenger.
・The refund after the purchase: The cancellation fee may be charged according to fare rules. Passenger Id information may be required during refund procedure.
・Refunds will be transferred to the passenger's bank account in Japan. (If there are multiple people in the same reservation record, please enter the information of the representative person when applying for a refund of the ticket price.)
