To guarantee your rights and interests, please read and fully understand the following content before applying for a new PhoenixMiles membership card.

1. Air China has the right to revise any rules, regulations and provisions contained in, or terminate, this PhoenixMiles program anytime without prior notice, even if such revisions or termination might have a negative effect on PhoenixMiles members' mileage accrual/redemption activities.

2. Members will get either flight mileages or consumption mileages accumulated through PhoenixMiles partners after joining in PhoenixMiles.

3. If there's any change to your contact information, please inform us accordingly in a timely manner. Air China will not be held responsible for the loss, delay or expiration of any email arising from the wrong contact information you have provided.

4. Air China will take the following actions based on the severity of a specific case if a member uses PhoenixMiles mileages in illegal ways, including selling or conducting transactions in mileages and providing false materials (like false flight record), which contravene our PhoenixMiles program rules and regulations:

- demanding the member to compensate for our loss;

- terminating the member's program membership;

- canceling the member's mileages already accrued;

- demanding the member to pay the Economy Class/Business Class/First Class fare on the flight already flown and the attorney fees and litigation fees incurred.

In addition, Air China has the right to take any legal actions against the members who have violated any of the PhoenxiMiles program rules and regulations, demand such members to make compensations to us and ban such members from participating in any of the PhoenixMiles program activities for regular passengers.

5. Should there be any discrepancies between this handbook and the laws and government decrees currently in force, the laws and government decrees currently in force shall prevail.

6. In addition to the Chinese version, the versions of the PhoenixMiles Members Handbook in other languages are also available. Should there be any discrepancies between the version of any other language and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.

7. Air China has the right to put the final interpretation on the contents of this handbook.
