Hiroshima Orizuru Tower is a facility located to the east of the UNESCO World Heritage “Atomic Bomb Dome.” Through exhibits showcasing the city’s appearance before, immediately after, and in the present day, visitors can deeply feel both the hope for peace and its profound significance.
From the wooden rooftop observation deck, you can view Hiroshima’s two World Heritage sites—the Peace Memorial Park and the Atomic Bomb Dome—and on clear days, you can even see Mt. Misen on Miyajima in the distance.
The tower gathers wishes and prayers for peace from around the world, allowing visitors to share in this sentiment. Guests can also relax and enjoy the atmosphere at the attached café.
