To support the company's business development in Denmark, we are recruiting several employees in the airport.
Location: Copenhagen Kastrup Airport
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily flight support, passenger services, and safe operations.
- Process flight inquiries, verify travel documents, and issue boarding passes to ensure passengers meet NIAs entry requirement
- Assist in providing training to ground handling agency to ensure they complete all tasks in accordance with relevant protocols.
- Monitor ground handling agency’s safety and compliance procedures to ensure safe apron operations.
- Responsible for irregular flight support, strengthening on-site passenger services, handling back-office complaints, and baggage handling.
- Responsible for maintaining effective communication with the Civil Aviation Administration, airports, ground handling agency, customs, immigration, and other departments.

Job Requirements
- Possess a valid Danish work permit
- Clean criminal record
- Strong communication, coordination, teamwork, and learning skills, with a strong sense of responsibilitProficiency in MS Office and familiarity with reservation systems (Amadeaus and other operating systems preferred)y

- Fluent in Chinese and English, with Danish preferred
- Experience in the civil aviation industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Ability to adapt to flexible work schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Both men and women, regardless of age
Basic Compensation
- Five-day work week
- Full-time
- 25 calendar days of annual leave
